Firstly it was listed in the top ten dive sites by Lonely Planet, much to the consternation of one Queensland dive spokesperson who has obviously not made it over the rockpile into sumps 2 or 3!

Most recently the 6+ km long Cocklebiddy Cave has been featured as an addition to the bucket list for extreme adventurers.
